DTDC have pioneered Franchisee based Booking & Delivery system since last 15 years. Today DTDC presents an integrated Franchisee Module to help 4200 odd strong franchisee network nation wide so that their service reaches its best.

Franchisee Module

This software is written, in-house, keeping in mind Franchisee Business and practices. The salient features are :

	Reduced data entry by Franchisee � When a franchisee books shipment with DTDC, next day he/she can receive data by Email so that the same can be uploaded into the Franchisee module. Thus data entry job at Franchisee office becomes half instantly.
	Franchisee can download their delivery data and the same can be imported into Franchisee Module. Thus Electronic POD for customers on delivery updation becomes a proactive and easy process.
	Franchisee need not call upon Customer Service Cell since all their data will be available at their desk.
	Simplified and proper billing mechanisms to the customer and thus more valued service on the same. This billing takes care of unified invoicing with all tax break-up.
	Franchisee can enter and upload delivery details, through the same system and can bring proven service to all DTDC customers nation wide.

Branded Deliveries (BSPC) to be Made Mandatory

Dear Channel Partners,

The three B, BSPC, BRANDING & BRANDED DELIVERES now more significant in DTDC than anything else. All three are important and can change the face of the company.

Out of these three, the B for Branding has taken momentum and all DTDCian are talking about it and that�s a great visible change of our company.

The B, for Branded Deliveries is still remains a distance dream for us and we are all struggling to implement it. The third and most important, The BSPC, cannot be achieved without serious and 100% compliance of the first two B's. As mentioned, Branding has taken real momentum but not the Branded deliveries and for that we have to make serious plans and hence we suggest Branded Deliveries to be Made Mandatory.
